胸部X光發(fā)現右側氣胸，兩側中上肺野多發(fā)結節(jié)狀浸潤，以及蛋殼狀肺門淋巴節(jié)腫大。
Conclusion: The main feature of sarcoidosis in FIRCT findings are symmetric lymph node enlargement in bilateral hili and/or mediastinum, nodules located along bronchovascular bundles.
結論：雙側肺門對稱性淋巴結腫大和（或）多組縱隔淋巴結腫大及沿支氣管血管束分布的結節(jié)影是胸部結節(jié)病的特徵性表現。
