RSU is incentive plan provided by JDSU. It terminated by JDSU but not employee now. Compensation is definitely needed to pay but not simply be forfeited.
RSU是JDSU給員工的激勵獎，是屬于員工的財產(chǎn)?，F(xiàn)在由于JDSU要賣掉深圳工廠而導致RSU中止而不是員工自愿放棄。JDSU應(yīng)補償員工因此而造成的損失而不是作廢。
