Methods Biopsy tissue considered tuberculosis was stained by fluorescent dyes made with auramine O and compared to classic Ziehl-Neelsen acid-fast stain. 方法采用金胺O配制成的熒光染色液,用于考慮為結核的病理活檢組織中,并以經(jīng)典的抗酸染色法為對照。
Methods 416 specimens were collected from December 2004 to April 2005 and inoculated in BacT/Alert 3D system(0.5ml) and on two Lowenstein-Jensen(L-J) slants(0.1ml each),respectively.
