Objective: To explore the penetrability and therapeutic effect of vancomycin to the prostates of rats with bacterial prostatitis(BP) or benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)-BP. 目的：了解萬古霉素對(duì)大鼠急性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎（BP）以及良性前列腺增生（BPH）合并BP的前列腺透過性與治療效果。
Conclusion The key to the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis is the proper employment of antibiotics under the correct guidance of aetiological diagnosis and drug-sensitive experiment. 結(jié)論對(duì)細(xì)菌性慢性前列腺炎的治療其關(guān)鍵是需在正確的病原學(xué)診斷和藥物敏感實(shí)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)下合理運(yùn)用抗生素。
