blood-cell forming tissue

The histological changes:In subchondral district,by light microscope examination,the blood-cell forming tissue tapered,and adipose tissue multed and degenerated,forming bone rarefaction. Adipose degeneration was observed in osteocyte of the femoral head with vacuous bone lacuna.
股骨頭組織學變化:實驗組光鏡檢查股骨頭軟骨下區(qū)見髓內造血組織逐漸減少,脂肪組織逐漸增多變性,出現(xiàn)骨質疏松;股骨頭骨細胞內出現(xiàn)“占位性”脂肪變性,骨陷窩空虛。
