It shall also apply to arbitral awards not considered as domestic awards in the State where their recognition and enforcement are sought.
在一國(guó)家尋求承認(rèn)和執(zhí)行該國(guó)不認(rèn)為是其國(guó)內(nèi)仲裁裁決時(shí)，也適用本公約。
Awards made in the territory of China by foreign arbitral institutions(such as the arbitration tribunal of ICC)shall be deemed as non-domestic awards under the Convention.
由國(guó)際商會(huì)仲裁院等外國(guó)仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)在中國(guó)境內(nèi)作出的裁決應(yīng)在中國(guó)被認(rèn)定為該公約項(xiàng)下的“非內(nèi)國(guó)裁決”。
