External auditory canal cholesteatoma is a rare disease entity.
外耳道珍珠瘤為耳鼻喉臨床少見病例。
Objective:To reconstruct middle ear structure for open mastoid antrum with external auditory canal after radical mastoidectomy in one-stage.
目的：為使乳突根治術后耳向外耳道開放的乳突腔重新中耳化和一期行聽力重建。
Results: The data including the orbital breadth, orbital vertical height and distance from the external auditory canal to the orbital later rim are near to normal in 14 cases.
結果：14例眼眶發(fā)育不全患者經手術后眼眶橫徑、縱徑和眶緣到外耳道的距離等測量指標都接近正常側。
