Methods: The clinical data of 58 patients with late postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from Jan 1996 to Jan 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.
方法：回顧性分析本院1996年1月至2005年1 月收治的晚期產(chǎn)后大出血58例的臨床資料。
Results: The causes of late postpartum hemorrhage were mostly retained placental tissue or membranes, endometritis or deciduitis and uterine incision infection and dehiscence of cesarean section.
結(jié)果：晚期產(chǎn)后大出血主要原因為胎盤、胎膜殘留，子宮胎盤附著面感染或復(fù)舊不良以及剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后子宮切口感染、裂開出血。
