法律監(jiān)督權(quán)
The object of the legal supervision power is not the generic citizen, juridical person and public organization. It supervises the implementing of the legislative power, the administrative power and the judicial power.
接著筆者從對法律監(jiān)督權(quán)概念的界定入手，指出國家法律監(jiān)督的主體已經(jīng)多元化，并且其監(jiān)督對象不是一般的公民、法人或社會團體，而是對立法權(quán)、行政權(quán)、司法權(quán)的實施進行監(jiān)督，因此，不能把檢察權(quán)等同于法律監(jiān)督權(quán)，也不宜將我國檢察機關(guān)的性質(zhì)定位于法律監(jiān)督機關(guān)。
