A 60mm diameter CdZnTe(CZT) ingot with the single-crystal volume over 200cm~3 was successfully grown by using seeded modified vertical Bridgman(MVB) method.
采用改進(jìn)的垂直布里奇曼(MVB)法并引入籽晶生長技術(shù),成功生長出直徑60mm,單晶體積超過200 cm3的CdZeTe(CZT)晶錠。
Utilize the angle relation among faces of CdZnTe crystals and use the laser positive reflect method to orientate the CdZnTe single crystals grown by improved Bridgman method, thereby, (111)and(100) faces of CdZnTe crystal were grinded.
