1. N-COUNT A modifier is a word or group of words that modifies another word or group. In some descriptions of grammar, only words that are used before a noun are called modifiers. 修飾語(yǔ); 用于修飾其他詞或詞性。某些語(yǔ)法認(rèn)為只有用于名詞前時(shí)才能稱(chēng)為修飾語(yǔ)。
