The center of the lobule is the central vein. At the periphery of the lobule are portal triads. 肝小葉中央是中央靜脈（右上角），周圍是匯管區(qū)（門管區(qū)）（左下角）。
In the control group, the structure of liver lobule was normal and a few of collagen fibers located in portal area and central vein. 對(duì)照組肝小葉結(jié)構(gòu)和肝細(xì)胞狀態(tài)正常，僅在中央靜脈及匯管區(qū)可見少量膠原纖維。
CD3+ cells, CD8+ cells and CD20+ cells of ACR group were significantly more than those of non-ACR group in portal tract (P0.01), but not significantly different in lobule (P>0.05). 排斥組匯管區(qū)CD3+、CD8+、CD20+細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)程度均顯著高于非排斥組（P0·01），兩組間各型淋巴細(xì)胞在小葉內(nèi)浸潤(rùn)程度均無顯著差異（P>0·05）。
