We report a child of elongated retrocecal appendicitis who presented with abdominal pain over the right upper quadrant and circular skin erythema over the right flank.
摘要我們報告一位長條形急性盲腸后位型闌尾炎的病童，他的腹痛位于不典型的右上腹部且合并有右腰部紅班。
Conclusion: Sonography has a higher accuracy in the diagnosis of retrocecal appendicitis.For the patient with atypical appendicitis symptom, sonography should be made.
結論：超聲對盲腸后位闌尾炎有較高的檢出率，對于癥狀不典型，臨床疑診闌尾炎的患者應及時行超聲檢查。
