Results The participant of the study was 398 Korean children. Caries rate was 63.1%(all was 1.9), gingivitis prevalence was 69.3%, malocclusion prevalence was 58.9%, brushing rate was 66.4%, the correct brushing method rate was 92.2%, choosing the healthy toothbrush was 58.6% and choosing fluoride toothpaste was 42.5%; regular mouth examination, anticaries fissure sealant and clean governance were respectively, 21.6%, 7.3% and 11.3%; 37.8% of the students had bad mouth hygiene habits to eat sweets before going to sleep; 28.8% thought that fissure sealant can prevent caries, and 22.6% believed that fluoride can be the prevention of dental caries.
結(jié)果本研究對398名朝鮮族兒童進行了統(tǒng)計,其結(jié)果為:患齲率為63.1%,齲均為1.9;牙齦炎患病率為69.3%;錯合畸形患病率為58.9%;兒童口腔健康行為中,刷牙率為66.4%,掌握正確刷牙方法、選用保健牙刷和含氟牙膏的分別為92.2%、58.6%、42.5%;定期口腔檢查、采取窩溝封閉防齲和潔治的分別為21.6%、7.3%和11.3%;有37.8%的學生有睡前吃甜食的不良口腔衛(wèi)生習慣;認為窩溝封閉可防窩溝齲的為28.8%,認為氟化物可防齲的為22.6%。
