冠心病
Coronary artery disease is one of the primary diseases to endanger human health. Most patients with CAD can be effectually cured by convention medicines or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) or coronary aorta bypass graft(CABG).
冠心病是嚴(yán)重危害人類健康的主要心血管疾病之一，近二、三十年來，隨著冠狀動脈造影、冠狀動脈成形術(shù)（percutaneous transluminal coronaryangioplasty，PTCA）和冠狀動脈—主動脈旁路移植術(shù)（coronary aorta bypassgraft，CABG）等新技術(shù)的開展，大多數(shù)冠心病患者得到了積極的診治，但冠心病PTCA晚期再狹窄發(fā)生率在30％—50％，CABG移植血管的通暢率亦隨術(shù)后時間延長而遞減，心肌缺血仍是難以解決的問題。
