1． 用以加強(qiáng)語(yǔ)氣，表示親自。

2. 與典型介詞搭配，搆成固定短語(yǔ)，表達(dá)特定含義。
1) (all) by oneself 單獨(dú)地
When I was young, I had to make a living all by myself.

When he eats in a restaurant, he likes a table to himself.
