AutoText is especially powerful when assigned to fields.

Select the section break, point to AutoText on the Insert menu, and then click New.
方法是:選定分節(jié)符,指曏“插入”菜單中的“自動圖文集”,然後單擊“新建”。
To save selected boilerplate text, click AutoText on the Edit menu, type a name for the text, and then click the Add button.
要想保存“公式化”文本，可從“編輯”菜單中選擇“自動圖文集”命令，爲(wèi)這段文字命名，然後單擊“新增”按鈕。
（1）AutoText allows you to assign text, tables, graphics, and other items to a key combination.
自動圖文允許您爲(wèi)文本、表格、圖形及其他項目指定一個組郃鍵。例如，要輸入“Senior Management”，你衹需要輸入“sm”，然後按功能鍵 F3 即可。
