Results With LC was successful in 69 cases,conversion to open surgery occurred in 3 cases,the average time of operation was 55min(30min～180mih),One case had complicated with bile leak and healed by drainage. The average time of hospitalization after operation was 5d(3d～13d).
結果：LC手術成功69例，中轉開腹手術3例，平均手術時間55min（30～180min)，術後恢複順利，1例出現(xiàn)膽漏，經腹腔引流後治瘉，術後平均住院5d(3～13d)，均痊瘉出院。
