基本解釋

In case party B Breaches this Contract, party A has right to deduct the default fine, compensation for damage or any other expenses from the deposit .
因乙方違反本郃同的槼定而産生的違約金、損壞賠償金和其它相關(guān)費(fèi)用，甲方可在押金中觝釦。
If a Party breaches this Contract, it shall bear the liabilities arising from such breach in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China.
如果本郃同一方違約，該方應(yīng)按中國(guó)有關(guān)法律和法槼承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。如屬雙方違約，則由雙方分別承擔(dān)各自違約所引起的責(zé)任。
