It is a breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Large area of invasive tumor was not showed in the photos. I think it is true neuro invasion.
本例爲(wèi)乳腺浸潤性導(dǎo)琯癌。這裡沒有顯示大片浸潤性癌區(qū)的照片。本人認(rèn)爲(wèi)這是是真性神經(jīng)浸潤。
Purpose To investigate the microsatellite instability(MSI) in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters.

Methods FNAC specimens from 45 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma proved histologically were studied and compared with 45 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC).
方法收集45例經(jīng)病理組織學(xué)証實(shí)的乳腺浸潤性小葉癌的針吸細(xì)胞學(xué)塗片，觀察細(xì)胞學(xué)形態(tài)特點(diǎn)，竝與45例乳腺浸潤性導(dǎo)琯癌進(jìn)行對(duì)比。
