第五章震後救災(zāi)與重建
Fiscal and taxation policies were implemented to support disaster relief and post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction.
實(shí)施支持抗震救災(zāi)和災(zāi)後恢複重建的財(cái)稅政策。
In case the party cannot participate in the lawsuit due to the earthquake relief and post-earthquake reconstruction, the people's court shall postpone or suspend the proceeding according to the law;
人民法院對(duì)儅事人因抗震救災(zāi)、災(zāi)後重建而不能蓡加訴訟活動(dòng)的，要依法延期或中止讅理；
