ConclusionFQPCR with higher specificity and sensitivity, demanding less CSF, is rapid and reliable for diagnosing purulent meningitis in children. So it has considerable value of application.
結(jié)論熒光定量PCR特異性強、敏感性高，需標本量少，是早期快速診斷兒童化腦的可靠方法，具有較大的應(yīng)用價值。
