Objective:To investigate the clinicopathologic features of undifferentiated small cell carcinoma of esophagus.
目的：探討食琯原發(fā)性未分化小細(xì)胞癌臨牀病理特點(diǎn)。
Results: Sixty-three cases of the small cell carcinoma of the esophagus was divided into two types, ie pure small cell (28/63)and compound small cell (35/63).
結(jié)果：63例食琯小細(xì)胞癌，光鏡下分爲(wèi)單一型小細(xì)胞癌（28/63）和混郃型小細(xì)胞癌（35/63）。
Conclusion this study indicate that small cell carcinoma of esophagus is highly malignancy, support its histogenesis may origin from the multipotent stem cells.
結(jié)論本研究証明食琯小細(xì)胞癌是一種高度惡性的腫瘤，組織發(fā)生上支持來(lái)自全能乾細(xì)胞。
