The heat and mass transfer in porous media in the process of steam sterilization were analyzed in our work and the moisture diffusion and thermal mass diffusion coefficient’s relationship with the content of the moisture and temperature was obtained.
本文分析得到該過程的非常系數(shù)熱、質(zhì)傳遞模型,利用多變量尋優(yōu)的方法估算、推導(dǎo)出濕分?jǐn)U散系數(shù)和熱質(zhì)擴(kuò)散系數(shù)與濕含量和溫度之間的關(guān)系式;并計(jì)算出10 mm厚的B-D試紙?jiān)?20℃滅菌溫度下所需的熱穿透時(shí)間為150 s左右。
