The heat and mass transfer in porous media in the process of steam sterilization were analyzed in our work and the moisture diffusion and thermal mass diffusion coefficient’s relationship with the content of the moisture and temperature was obtained.
本文分析得到該過程的非常系數(shù)熱、質(zhì)傳遞模型,利用多變量尋優(yōu)的方法估算、推導出溼分擴散系數(shù)和熱質(zhì)擴散系數(shù)與溼含量和溫度之間的關系式;竝計算出10 mm厚的B-D試紙在120℃滅菌溫度下所需的熱穿透時間爲150 s左右。
